Learn and discuss how to make successful use of our major career event, Meet the Firms. Prepare interview techniques, learn interview dress code, practice resume presentation, and more, to make great a first impression with the accounting firms attending Meet the Firms and other career fairs. Go over your resume, prepare your elevator speech and learn how to have a meaningful conversation with recruiters. Walk-in's and Online Registrations are welcome for this event.

Meet the Firms Spring 2026
January 30, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM in the LBJSC Grand Ballroom
The Department of Accounting's largest accounting recruiting event of the semester. This event often features up to 40 firms from all corners of the accounting industry, looking for promising interns and entry level candidates. Students are encouraged to treat this event as live interview preparation. Attendees should dress appropriately, in business professional attire, and bring copies of their resume.
